What Valve Buyers Need to Know
Learn how we support your valve sourcing with reliable manufacturing, quality control, and responsive service.
What types of valves do you manufacture?
HAOGUANG specializes in fully welded ball valves while also manufacturing ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, strainers, and power station valves.
Available in DN15–DN2500 (NPS 1/2"–100"), Class 150–2500 (PN10–PN400), with bolted bonnet and pressure seal bonnet designs.
Materials include 20#, WCB, WC6, WC9, CF8, CF8M, ASTM A105, A350 LF2, and other engineered materials upon request.
Can you manufacture valves from our drawings or samples?
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM manufacturing based on your drawings, technical specifications, or physical samples. Our engineering team will review your requirements before production begins.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed MOQ. We support 1-piece custom manufacturing, allowing you to validate designs or develop new projects without volume restrictions.
What is your typical lead time?
Standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks after order confirmation.
Large-size valves or special materials may require 8–12 weeks, depending on manufacturing complexity. If your project has an urgent schedule, contact us and we'll evaluate the earliest available production slot.
Which standards do your valves comply with?
Fully welded ball valves are manufactured and tested in accordance with API 6D, with shell and seat testing performed to ISO 5208 Rate A (zero visible leakage).
Standard configurations include blowout-proof stems, anti-static devices, and API 607 fire-safe dual sealing. Every welded joint undergoes 100% phased-array ultrasonic testing (PAUT).
Other valve types are individually tested in accordance with applicable standards, including API 600, API 594, and API 609.
Can you arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. We support third-party inspection by organizations such as SGS, BV, and TÜV, including in-process factory inspection and pre-shipment verification.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment.
Alternative payment arrangements may be available for long-term business partners.
Can I request a sample?
Yes.
Custom samples are charged at actual production cost, and the sample fee can be fully credited toward your future production order.
For standard products in stock, complimentary samples may be available depending on product size and inventory availability.
How do you handle after-sales support?
Our engineers respond within 24 hours.
Remote diagnosis via video is our preferred support method. If on-site service is required, travel arrangements can be coordinated based on project requirements.
