Fluorine lined check valve
A check valve has exactly one job — stop reverse flow. Haoguang’s fluorine lined check valve does it with a PTFE ball that lifts open under forward pressure and seats itself when flow reverses. Body, disc, and cover are fully lined with FEP, PFA, or GXPO — zero metal-to-media contact. Designed to GB/T 12235 + API 6D, flanged to HG/T 20592 or ASME B16.5, DN15–DN400. No actuator, no power, no operator — just fluid dynamics keeping your line safe.

Core Features & Advantages
1. PTFE Ball Seal — Self-Centering, Self-Seating A solid PTFE ball sits in the flow path — forward pressure lifts it, reverse flow seats it. No hinge pin to corrode, no spring to fatigue, no metal-to-metal contact. The ball finds its own center against the lined seat every cycle. For corrosive service where any metal part is a failure point, a non-metallic sealing element is the right answer.
2. Fully Lined Flow Path — Three Lining Chemistries Body, disc, and cover are all encapsulated — FEP to 150°C, PFA to 200°C, GXPO to 180°C for moderate duty. The cast steel or stainless body is purely structural; every wetted surface is fluoropolymer. Zero metal exposure means zero corrosion risk regardless of acid concentration.
3. No Actuator, No Power, No Operator Passive operation. Forward flow opens it, reverse flow closes it — no external energy, no control signal, no manual intervention. Install it and forget it. For remote pump stations or unstaffed chemical transfer lines, passive protection is the only kind that works at 3 AM.
4. GB/T 12235 + API 6D — One Valve, Two Markets Domestic Chinese projects check the GB/T 12235 box. International EPC jobs verify API 6D. Same body, same face-to-face, same test pressures per API 598. Procurement stocks one SKU for both markets.
5. DN15 to DN400 — Ball Check at Scale Ball check valves typically top out at DN200 in competitive catalogs. Haoguang’s lined platform goes to DN400 — same PTFE ball design, same lining chemistry, scaled to main-header block-check service. One valve type from sample lines to plant mains.
Applications
- Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid tank-farm transfer and pump discharge
- Chlor-alkali brine, chlorine gas, and HCl header lines — prevents backflow after pumps
- Aqua regia and mixed-acid etching/pickling line isolation
- Hydrofluoric acid alkylation unit — pump outlet and reactor feed
- Liquid chlorine storage and vaporizer feed lines
- Pharma and fine-chemical batch reactor isolation
- Offshore produced-water chemical injection — CF8M body + PFA lining
- Remote pump stations and unmanned chemical transfer — passive, no power needed
Why Choose Fluorine lined check valve?
1. One moving part — a PTFE ball No hinge pin. No spring. No metal disc. Just a solid PTFE ball that lifts and seats itself. Fewer parts = fewer failure modes. For corrosive service, every eliminated metal component is an eliminated leak path.
2. Passive, always on duty No actuator to calibrate, no power to fail, no operator to forget. Forward flow opens it, reverse flow closes it — works the same at 3 PM and 3 AM. The only check valve you truly install and forget.
3. DN400 — ball check at main-header scale Most lined ball checks stop at DN200. Haoguang’s platform scales to DN400 — one valve type from sample line to plant main. Same PTFE ball, same lining, same maintenance procedure across the entire plant.
4. Three linings, one valve body FEP for economy to 150°C, PFA for premium to 200°C, GXPO for moderate duty to 180°C. Same face-to-face, same flange drilling — swap the lining chemistry, not the pipe.
Haoguang Fluorine Lined Check Valves — one ball, zero metal, zero backflow. DN15 to DN400, FEP or PFA or GXPO. Install it. Forget it. Trust it.
